THE MIRACLE THAT CHANGED MY LIFE

When my life-changing event occurred, I was not living my lineage, a lineage of healers.  Although I was psychic and had visions since a young child, a personal dream had not yet been fully awakened within.  I had then, like most people, believed that the Holy Spirit, the creative power and comforter, was outside my individual energy. 

At the time of this life-changing hour, I did not understand the immensity of the inner landscape, the soul and light within.  The 'real' part of who I was continued to play hide and seek veiled by human flesh and the ongoing conditioning accumulated from birth and beyond.  All I knew is that I seemingly had everything.  Little did I know that there was much more to consciously remember, prepare for and experience before I could feel fully alive.

When we are ready, the universe will provide an opening.  When the opening appears, it is our choice whether we walk through the door embracing the opportunity and consequently reaching a greater light of understanding or doing nothing.  When we make the choice to dare to be, a subsequent expansion of consciousness smiles at us and we genuinely understand the purpose and plan of our soul.

A very serious life threatening choice appeared after a simple surgery.  After I was home for a few days, I noticed my abdomen was swollen, red streaks appeared, pain worsened and a fever developed.  Any sane person would have called 911.  I was home alone with the baby.  It was 10 AM and I made a decision to not call for help but to surrender completely to a higher power.  I fed the baby and went back to bed laying my hands on the serious infection.  I immediately fell unconscious for one hour.  I knew the length of time because of the bottle feeding.

When I awakened, a substance was felt beneath my hands, the reds streaks, swelling and pain had vanished.  The infection was draining from two holes at each end of the six inch incision.  Some other 'Force' had performed a celestial surgery on my body.  Walking consciously through the door of faith was the first step in a journey that has been nonstop until this day.

A decision of faith thrust me into a new life changing not only my consciousness but my personality.  I was a very different individual after that one hour of healing.  The healing obviously occurred on many levels.  Everyone has a story to tell.  The individual story cannot be separated from the collective story.  The story of all souls involves an eventual spiritual liberation where we eventually go beyond the "closed structure" of the physical-emotional world.

Surrender is a conscious connection, an attitude taken when we make a decision not to cling to habits, conditioning, false teachings, fear or any object, person, geographical area, whatever that may be hindering our true spiritual identity as spirit temporarily living in matter.    As a result of a one-hour transformation, I felt newly alive, fearless and full of hope with an opportunity to actively assist in the evolution of a greater aliveness for all humanity.

We are the ones who must increase our understanding, faith and balance and take action regardless of what appears in our lives.  Guidance has always said, "Be strong and keep your focus!"  Even though I had reach that one goal, it was not the end of my journey.  The idea is to move forward and attain higher levels of consciousness. In other words, be willing to stretch and to make a concentrated effort to be our true nature.

A passion grows within to tangibly bring a deeper realization and perfection into the body, mind and activities.  The magic and miracles happen when we feel and believe it as our truth. Everything is intertwined.  We can regenerate ourselves and joyfully transform the physical into the holy and infuse the holy into the mundane.  Be true to your higher nature.  The truer you are, the happier you will be.
Our evolution is the greatest love story ever written.  Why not write it in a grander way?

PLAYFULNESS OF SPIRIT

There is a higher love available to those of us who believe.  The Holy Spirit is a loving creative energy and there is nothing it cannot create, do or heal.  I have found that the Creative Presence has a mischievous aspect.  The energy will appear and created experiences that few would believe even if they witnessed them. One of my favorite examples happened during a period of my life when I belonged to our local astronomy club.  Sometimes, the class would go out on a clear night with telescopes in hand and our instructor would educate us on what we were viewing.  Other times, we would meet at a major neighborhood bank.  My friend Jean and her husband also attended the classes.  I mention them because they were privy to witnessing what happened to me quite unexpectedly on a warm summer afternoon.

 

We had just finished the class and we were faced with an unexpected early spring thunderstorm.  None of us had jackets or umbrellas.  The group of students stood under the parapet…waiting.  The parking lot was large and a good distance away if anyone decided to run to his car.  Everyone chose to wait it out except me.  Some other part of me obviously decided to take action because it happened suddenly without my thinking about it.  I decided to take off my shoes and say goodbye to my friends.  I am somewhat at a loss as to how to explain what happened next.

 

I ran through the parking lot toward my locked car in a heavy downpour.  I was obviously in an altered state of consciousness.  What I do remember and felt was an inexplicable and childlike joy that filled my being.  I did not consciously understand what had happened until seated in the car looking at my body I realized I was totally dry!  How could that be?

 

About an hour later, my friend, Jean, telephoned and told me what the astronomy group had witnessed while watching me run through a downpour to my car.  “When you ran to your car, you looked like a butterfly.  Your feet seemed to flutter above the ground.”  Jean didn’t seem to be surprised at all that I had not become wet.  I feel unexpected events like this happen to show us that the One Creative and holy Power and Presence are always with us whether it is during a time of need, sorrow or joy.  I felt the inexplicable joy of the Divine, the sheer joy and freedom of it running free as a butterfly that had quite unexpectedly discovered its own wings.

 

So…who protected my physical body from the rain?  Why didn’t my feet touch the ground?   Did angels play with me for a few special moments?   No.  The real me, the true identity that existed before I ever entered this body was in complete charge of the experience.  Just imagine how differently life would be if the ‘real’ us always was in charge!

 

You may be asking, why did this light-hearted event occur?  I believe it is to remind us that there is an inner joy, a literal ‘lightness’ available to us.  We often become too bogged down with the mundane things of life.  Some of us actually allow others to steal our joy.  Isn’t it time we stop limiting our True Identity and embrace the joy within?  Why keep it caged?  Show your joy, share it and give hope to another.  Allow your spirit to dance in this wild play of consciousness.

 

The day we decide to seriously seek and be the essence within, we are on the path of freedom, of immortality, of eternity.  I mentioned this story to bring to your attention that the intelligence, immortal and joyful light within you and I and everyone else is one and the same.  Those of us who are consciously aware of this heightened and loving reality understand the true meaning of oneness and find special opportunities to share the pure joy of it…

 

I pray that whoever reads or hears this story will accept that there is indeed a pure, unlimited, free and loving being, the Holy Spirit, who lives within.

INFLUENCE OF UNSEEN ENTITIES

Just because someone you know or a family member is no longer in a physical body doesn’t imply that they are now holier than they were in the physical life or have your best interests at heart.  This is why I always stress the importance of discernment.

When you depart the physical body, you leave with the consciousness you gained living as the previous personality.  Although it is not common to hear of this fact, it can happen where a soul vibrating in an invisible dimension can actually cause a human to become sick or die. A vivid example was a young woman brought to our home that smelled of death.  She was anorexic.  My friend held on to her very carefully as she gently helped the sickly girl to settle down into a comfortable chair.

As I stood over her, I became aware of an entity, her deceased sister, who had died the previous year.  I intuitively knew that the deceased sister had also been anorexic.  The “dead” sister was attempting to influence the living sister to stop eating and join her on the other side.  Until that moment, the devious plan was turning out to be successful.

Once I understood the situation, I lectured the departed sister about moral issues and that she must immediately stop and leave her sister alone.  The physical sister had plans for a new life and it was time for the departed sister moves onward into a new life for herself.

For forty-six years, I have found that the Holy Spirit, the creative power and presence, steps in and will correct and heal what is necessary at the time. Summoned angels will remove the intruder. Part of the correction and healing involves removal of the former human who is the cause of the disturbance.  Once the sickly woman sitting in the chair became free of the negative attachment and influence of her deceased sister, her health rapidly improved.  The debilitating experience and subsequent ‘rescue’ changed her consciousness.  She decided to help herself and others.  The young woman enrolled in courses of study that would provide education and treatment for ongoing health, diet and enhancing one’s sense of self-esteem.

I’ve learned never to assume anything about anyone or anything.  We must train ourselves to look past appearances, words and even actions and learn to understand energy.  I also would like to stress that this holds true for beings from the invisible worlds that claim they are a particular angel, archangel, teacher or whoever impresses a human.

HEALING IS A COOPERATIVE ACTION

 

To put into words what is in my heart is not an easy task.  My love for Source, Cause, that which we call God is overwhelming.  My life has always been filled with visions, healing, wonder and grace.  Personally, I feel the best way to ‘teach’ spirituality is to be an example and share our experiences. May the examples that I choose to share give you hope and a realization that you, too, can be a healing helper with the loving energy of the Holy Spirit.

 

The Holy Spirit knows what is to be corrected.  There have been more times than not when I haven’t any idea at all as to what the problem is with a client.  I frequently learn what the concern was much later.  As an example, a teenager came to me with a diagnosed growth inside her head.  At the time of her visit, she never mentioned what was wrong.  It wasn’t until later I found out that the growth vanished and the surgery was canceled.

 

Another woman asked that my hands be placed on her wrists. She gave no explanation and I didn’t ask.  A week later, she informed me that her carpal tunnel surgery had been canceled.  Recipients are usually pretty nonchalant around me.  They frequently assume I intuitively know everything about them.  I don’t.  I never spend more than fifteen minutes with someone who asks for help and I always call on the Holy Spirit.  My understanding is that the Holy Spirit knows exactly what to do.  My love and trust serves as a conscious transmitter or transparency of the sacred energy available anytime or anywhere. 

 

All healing does not take place in the same way.  Some people even reject a healing after having received it.  It is a fascinating subject involving many levels of understanding with the consciousness of the ‘patient’ playing a big part in the results.

 

The presence and action of the Holy Spirit are recognized not only in the Church but also outside it, and above all in other religions.  The Spirit has been at work in the world before Jesus came to earth.  We are called to the same divinity, which is divine.  The Holy Spirit offers to all of us the possibility of being made partners.
